Join us this summer for LEGO camp at the VCC!

LEGO play can teach valuable lessons: teamwork, patience, organization, problem solving, engineering, design, adventure, fine motor skills, concentration, creativity, and much more! Join us for LEGO camp as we explore basic terminology and skills for endless creations! For children entering K-5th grades. Every child will get to keep one of their LEGO creations from camp!

When?

This summer we will offer TWO (2) LEGO camps: May 29-31 and June 25-27. Each camp will be three days, from 9am to noon each day.

Who is eligible for this camp?

Students entering K-5th grades in the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to sign up.

What is the schedule for camp?

Camp begins at 9am each day and ends at noon.

What do I need to send with my child?

Just some comfortable clothes and a labeled bottle of water. We'll provide the bricks, teachers, and snacks!

Will my child get to keep any LEGOs from camp?

Yes! Every child will get to keep one of their LEGO creations.

Does my child need to be experienced with LEGOs to sign up?

No! This camp is for children of all skill levels. Our adult leaders will provide instruction and support for all children, regardless of how much experience they have with LEGOs.

What does the registration fee cover?

Since we are a private organization funded without taxpayer dollars, the registration fee helps cover the cost of administration, utilities, wear and tear, custodial services, waste management costs, bathroom supplies, etc.
